30-Day Returns

We want you to love your space. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Email hello@spacemotif.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you don't need to send the item back.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and used or personalized items cannot be returned.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll approve your refund and send it to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
